1. Our only revenue stream: paid software subscriptions
We earn revenue in one way: from businesses that pay for a subscription to the Funder Compass loan-management software (accessed via the sign-in area). Pricing and plans are published on the Terms of Service page.
2. What we do NOT get paid for
To be clear, we do not receive:
- Referral fees, commissions, trails, or success fees from lenders, brokers, or any other product provider.
- Advertising, sponsorship, or paid placement fees. There are no sponsored articles, promoted listings, banner ads, or newsletter placements on this site.
- Data or lead-generation fees. We do not sell or share user information with lenders, brokers, or marketing partners.
- Payment of any kind in exchange for including, ranking, or recommending a third-party product.
3. The free calculators
The calculators in the Tools section are free to use. They exist as a general-information resource and to help people evaluate whether the paid software is a fit for them. We do not charge for calculator use, gate results behind a paywall, or sell the figures you enter to any third party.

- Nothing on this site is a paid recommendation or a comparison of third-party products.
